Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Should you have any dificulties using the shopping cart, the most common problem being multiple purchases of the same product showing in the cart. Look towards the top of the page, click view basket, you can then tick the box marked remove and then click the button "update" then just start your order again.

Shipping And Handling Delivery is FREE to all UK destinations, a 5 - 7 working day delivery service to Europe can be arranged typically costing £48.99 , please contact us for details of other destination charges, shipping will either be using private Courier service or Royal Mail (depending on the total weight of your order). If you do not agree with the delivery charges added to your order you can cancel your order at this stage.

PLEASE NOTE:- Unless stated otherwise, most of our garden furniture is delivered in easy to assemble flatpacked form, typically 3 or 4 pieces per item with very clear instructions. If you require pre-assembly please call for more details.

Shipping goods OUTSIDE the UK :- We regularly ship goods to European and Worldwide destinations, please call the freephone number for quote.

Delivery Schedule
we believe delivery should be totally Free and as Quick as possible. Therefore we have a selection of delivery Scales.

Scale 1.

Mainland UK deliveries are all FREE and are 2 working days (typically Next Day). Purchases made after 2pm Thursday, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will not be delivered Until Tuesday the following week (Wednesday for a Bank Holiday weekend)

Scale 2.

Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern and Southern Ireland and The Channel Isles are an extra £17.63 except where we can use the Royal mail postal service.

Scale 3.

Most Western European countries are an extra £48.99 for 5 - 7 day delivery.

Delivery of larger and Bulkier Products

Whilst every effort is made to deliver your purchases within 48hrs (normally next day) bulky items like Garden Furniture, Trampolines, Climbing Frames and the very large BBQ's can require specialised delivery services (especially Garden Furniture Sets).

We ask you to please phone on if you intend to buy such items, just to get confirmation of stock availability and delivery timescales.

Delivery Outside the UK.

For just £48.99 we offer a 5 - 7 working day delivery service to most European destinations, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal and Holland.

Deliveries to other Worldwide destinations can also be arranged for an additional fee. If you would like goods shipped to other worldwide destinations please call our helpline on for more advice.

If any problems are encountered i.e. a longer delivery time is required or items are temporarily out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately and a new delivery time will be arranged. If a new schedule cannot be arranged then the customer will be offered a full refund. (Please note orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will not be delivered before the following Monday unless special arrangements are made)

Busier Period orders and Deliveries disclaimer (April to August inc and November and December inc)

Please note, whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods as quickly as possible during the busier times as stated above stock levels will start to deplete and the delivery services will be pushed to their maximum capabilities, to avoid disappointment please order your goods as early as possible. Please Note:-

ALL goods require a signature upon delivery, if you are unable to sign for it please arrange for it to be delivered to a place where it can be signed for. ( place of work or a neighbour maybe ) .

Please check the packaging on your goods for damage and make a note of this when signing for them, ONLY sign as, "received in good condition", if that is ACTUALLY the case. If the goods have been damaged in transit please refuse the delivery at this stage.

If you are out when our courier arrives they will leave a card, please contact the courier on the card to arrange for a convenient time for re-delivery. If the courier is unable to get a signature on the second delivery attempt they will leave a card a final time telling you where you need to go to collect your goods. Any further deliveries will require an additional payment by the customer.

*Bushmanburners (Chimineas) incur a small additional delivery charge due to the specialised delivery requirements

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy If a faulty item is delivered or it is not the item ordered, the customer will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory a full refund will be offered. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Order cancellation must be done within 30 days of receiving the goods. If the goods are returned for any reason other that being faulty i.e. not wanted, the return postage will have to be paid by the customer.
